Kleenex Box Cover

One of my favorite sites to go on to get ideas for stamping is http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/.

Here are pictures of a Kleenex Box Cover they had a tutorital on.  Thank you to Diane Zechman for posting the Tissue Box Cover tutorial.

It was very easy to make and I gave the Cover and Kleenex box as the door prize at a workshop I did this week.
Thanks for stopping by to look.

November Stamp Club Cards

Here are the cards that we will be making at my November Stampin' Up! Stamp Club meeting next week.  Since Christmas is around the corner we will be doing 2 Christmas Cards and then the 3rd card can be what ever they want, I made it as a Thinking of You card.

The Thinking of You card I stamped the image from Day of Gratitude Stamp Set from the 2010 Holiday Mini using VersaMark Ink.  I then took sponge daubers and the Stampin' Pastels (Caulks) and caulked the image and cut it out.  Very cool technique!  I loved seeing the color pop on the image.

November Workshop

Wow, can you believe it's November already?  Thanksgiving and Christmas are just around the corner.  I don't know about you all but I need to start making my Christmas cards soon.  I have been preparing for a Stampin' Up! workshop I am doing this week and my Stamp Club next week.

In the workshop this week, we will be making 3 Christmas Cards.  Here are those cards.

If you are interested in holding a workshop please contact me to schedule a date!  If you are thinking, there are so many things I would like from the 2010/2011 Idea book and Catalog and the 2010 Holiday Mini, how about making a Wish List and sending it to me and then have your Family and Friends contact me to purchase your Christmas Present?  Or, have them contact me to purchase a Gift Certificate for you to purchase Stampin' Up! items through me.  What a great gift for yourself or if you know of someone who likes to stamp or scrap what a great gift for them!  Contact me if you would like to purhcase Stampin' Up! product as a gift or purchase a Gift Certificate for someone!

I hope you enjoyed these cards.

Samples of Halloween and Thanksgiving Cards

One of the great advantages of being a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator is that we have access to card samples done by other demonstrators who are willing to share their ideas with us.  We have access through our Stampin' Up! Demonstrator side website and while at conventions or regionals they display many samples for us to take pictures of.  Over the next few days I want to share with you some of these samples.

Enjoy!

Check back in a couple days for more samples.

Stampin' Up! Baltimore Regional Seminar

This past Saturday, October 2nd, I spent the day at the Stampin' Up! Regional Seminar in Baltimore, Maryland.  What a great day.  We learned lots of new tips and ideas for our Stampin' Up! business.  It was also nice because 9 of us from this area - all downlines of some level under Gail Murray.  Gail arranged for us all to have dinner together at the M&S Grill at Baltimore's Inner Harbor after the Seminar.  It was so nice to see everyone and spend the day doing what we love together.

My Upline is Jacki Montgomery.  She has become one of my closets friends and Saturday was her Birthday.  I'm so glad she spent the day with us.  I drove down with her and one of my fellow demonstrators and one of her other downline, Maureen Gold.  We had a great time catching up on the drive down and back.

The restaurant we had dinner at printed up special menu's for us in honor of Jacki's Birthday.  They said Happy Birthday Jacki on them.  How awesome is that!

Stampin' Up!'s Regional Seminars are great.  We get a FREE Stamp Set, get to make 5 make-in-takes and learned lots of great ideas and tips.  I swaped 100 card fronts and got some really great ones back.  I will post some of the swaps in the near future as well as pictures of some of the samples they had on display for us.  We were also provided lunch and a 3 pm snack of ice cream.  That was a great idea!  We were also given a commerative pin and a pack of the new glitter brads.  This is the 3rd Regional I've attended since joining Stampin' Up! as a Demonstrator in August of 2004.  The others were in Atlantic City and Philalephia.
